Getting Started
All guests will meet at a designated Long-Term Parking Facility in Orlando on the morning of Day 1. The specific address will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to departure. After check-in, we will board the bus and depart for Busch Gardens Tampa immediately.
Guests who arrived early for Day 0 will be picked up from the tour hotel and shuttled directly to the Long-Term Parking Facility to meet the rest of the group before the tour officially begins.
Yes. Guests may park their personal vehicles at the designated facility for the duration of the trip for a fee. This fee is paid directly to the parking facility.
No. Airfare to Orlando (Start) and from Richmond (End) is not included. We strongly recommend arriving a full day before the tour starts and booking your departure for the day after the tour concludes to account for any unforeseen delays.
Yes. We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We do not provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
Bus Etiquette & Rules
The bus schedule is strict to comply with legal driving hours. We cannot wait for late passengers.
If you are not present at departure time, the Tour Guide will attempt to contact you once to inform you that the bus must leave without you and you are forfeiting this portion of the tour. You may attempt to rejoin the group at the next stop at your own expense, but the bus will not return.
No. Once a guest officially departs the tour (checks out of hotels early or leaves the group with intent to separate), they may not rejoin the tour at a later date for liability and logistical reasons. No refunds will be issued for early departure.
Yes. All guests must conduct themselves respectfully and be dressed decently at all times. We aim to create a fun, friendly atmosphere. Zero Tolerance for alcohol, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs on the bus.
Each guest is allowed one large suitcase (stowed in the undercarriage) and one carry-on bag (stowed in the overhead bin). Think of it like an airline: Checked Bag + Carry-On.
Yes, seating is designated for the duration of the tour. You will be assigned a specific seat upon arrival to ensure consistency and comfort for all guests throughout the journey.
Safety & Policies
Strict No Animal Policy. For the health (severe allergies) and comfort of all passengers in the confined space of the motorcoach, no animals of any kind are permitted on the tour. This includes pets, emotional support animals, and service animals.
We want everyone to relax! If you are listening to music, watching movies, or playing games on your device, headphones are required at all times.
We cannot control the weather or park operations. We are not responsible for ride closures or weather delays. In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to alter the route or itinerary to ensure guest safety.
Because all hotels and tickets are booked well in advance, there are no refunds for cancellations or missed departures.
Your tour guide will assist by contacting emergency services or a local medical facility. However, guests are solely responsible for all medical expenses and any necessary changes to their travel plans resulting from illness or injury.
Bus climate control can sometimes feel chilly. We recommend bringing a light sweater or blanket in your carry-on bag. If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring Dramamine or bands as we cannot provide medication.
Good to Know
Gratuity for your Bus Driver and Trip Host is not included in the ticket price. If they made your trip special, it is industry standard to tip $5-$10 per day, per person. They work hard to keep you safe and on schedule!
We provide complimentary snacks, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment on the bus. If you have strict dietary needs, we highly recommend bringing your own non-perishable snacks.
Our Wi-Fi is designed for browsing, social media, and emails. It is not suitable for streaming video (Netflix, YouTube) or large downloads. Please download your movies/shows to your device before the trip!
Once we arrive at a park, you have total freedom! There are no mandatory group tours inside. You are free to ride what you want and explore at your leisure until the designated pickup time.
