What's NOT included?
To make sure expectations are clear, here’s what’s not part of the package;
Airfare or travel to the starting or ending point – Airfare is not included for the starting point of the tour or your return home at the end of the trip.
Meals for the duration of the trip
Souvenirs and personal purchases made during park visits or cultural stops.
Optional add-ons or upgrades (fast passes, VIP experiences, or extended excursions).
Travel insurance – we strongly recommend purchasing your own coverage.

Does the tour price include my flight to the starting city and from the ending city?
Our tour packages are ground-based and do not include airfare. The tour officially begins when you meet us at the designated starting hotel on Day 1. To ensure a relaxed and stress-free start to your adventure, we strongly recommend arriving the day before the tour begins (Day 0) and departing the day after the tour concludes. This scheduling buffer protects you from potential flight delays or traffic issues that could cause you to miss the tour departure.
What is the baggage allowance? How much luggage can I bring?
To ensure comfort and space for everyone, each guest is limited to one large suitcase for storage underneath the motorcoach and one personal carry-on bag to keep with you on the bus. This policy helps us provide a safe, efficient, and enjoyable journey for all our passengers.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plan options. All packages require a $1,000 deposit to reserve your spot. The remainder of your balance will then be split between two payments.
Are meals included in the tour price?
No, meals are not provided for the duration of the tour. There will be complimentary sNacks and beverages at select times however!
Where is the exact meeting point on Day 1?
Our tours begin at a secure, long-term parking facility in the Orlando area, conveniently located near Orlando International Airport (MCO). For guests who wish to drive to the departure point, you will have the option to park your vehicle at this facility for the entire duration of the tour for an additional fee. This offers a convenient and safe place to leave your car while you’re on your adventure. To secure the best location and rates, we work with several professional parking partners. You will receive an email with the exact facility address, parking instructions, and information on how to purchase your parking pass no later than three (3) weeks prior to your tour’s start date.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All purchases for Roller Coast-Tours are considered final and are non-refundable. Participants who fail to arrive by the scheduled departure time will forfeit their tour tickets without a refund.
Is this tour suitable for a solo traveler?
Absolutely! Nowhere else can you experience this many thrills! This is a great way to make new friends will fellow tour companions who share the same passion as we do!
Is there a minimum age to go on your tours?
Yes, all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of at least 18 years old.
How much "free time" will I have in the parks versus structured group time?
Even though this is a structured tour, you will still have plenty of time to yourself. Once arriving at any of the parks, guests will be able to explore at their own leisure, prioritizing the rides and experiences most important to you. There will also be “free days”, giving you the chance to sleep in, browse shopping and dining options, or connect with others on the tour!
What happens if a major roller coaster or ride I want to ride is closed?
In the unfortunate event of a ride closure due to a number of factors, Roller Coast-Tours is not held responsible but we will do our best to make sure your trip with us is still an amazing one!
What is the plan if it rains or there is bad weather?
Our tours operate rain or shine, as theme parks are well-equipped for most weather conditions. For guest safety, the parks may temporarily close certain rides during severe weather like lightning, and since these decisions are outside our control, we do not offer refunds for such disruptions. However, the safety of our guests and staff is our absolute highest priority. In rare and extreme cases, Roller Coast-Tours reserves the right to significantly alter or cancel plans to ensure everyone’s safety.
Can I join the tour late if my flight is delayed?
Yes, if you experience a travel delay, please contact your tour guide immediately to make arrangements. You will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation to meet the group at our designated hotel for that evening.
Can I leave the tour early?
Yes, you may leave the tour at any time, but you must inform your tour guide. Please note that no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the tour, and you will be responsible for all subsequent travel arrangements and costs.
What happens if I get sick or have a medical emergency during the trip?
Your tour guide will assist you in getting to a local medical facility or contacting emergency services. However, you are solely responsible for all expenses related to medical treatment and any necessary changes to your travel plans.
Should I purchase my own travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend that every guest purchase comprehensive travel insurance. A good policy protects you from financial loss related to unforeseen events like trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
