Where does the tour start?
Your adventure begins in Orlando FL, the theme park capital of the world. Once all guests have arrived on time, the bus will depart from Orlando and arrive at Busch Gardens Tampa to start the fun!
We do suggest hitting a couple of the world class theme parks Orlando has to offer as well before hopping along our epic tour.
Is Airfare included?

No, transportation and flights to arrive at the tour and depart after the tour has concluded are not included in the price of the tour. We strongly recommend arriving a full day before the tour starts and a late departure the day after the tour to ensure all guests arrive on time.
10 DAY TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1 — Orlando → Busch Gardens (Tampa, FL) Drive: Drive: 85 miles – ~1.5 hrs.
Plan: Leave Orlando hotel at 7:30 AM, arrive to Tampa at 9 AM
Activity: Full Day at Busch Gardens Tampa
Morning Drop-off:
- Bus takes the group from the hotel to the park for drop off
Midday Pickup Option:
- 2:00 PM, the bus makes one scheduled return trip back to the hotel.
- 3:00 PM, the bus makes one scheduled return trip back to the park.
Evening Final Pickup:
- At park close the bus returns to pick up everyone still at the park and return to the hotel.
Overnight: Tampa
Day 2 — Tampa → Fun Spot (Atlanta, GA) Drive: ~455 miles – 7.5 hrs (with stops).
Plan: Leave Tampa at 8 AM, arrive near Atlanta ~4 PM.
Activity: Fun Spot Atlanta (ArieForce One coaster)
Afternoon Drop-off:
- Bus takes the group from the hotel to the park for drop off
Evening Final Pickup:
- At park close the bus returns to pick up everyone still at the park and return to the hotel.
Overnight: Atlanta
Day 3 — Atlanta → Pigeon Forge, TN (Dollywood area) Drive: ~200 miles – 3.5 hrs.
Plan: Leave Atlanta at 9 AM, arrive at Pigeon Forge ~12:30 PM.
Activity: Explore Pigeon Forge entertainment district. Shuttle service available to “The Island”.
Midday Pickup Option:
- 3:00 PM, the bus makes one scheduled return trip back to the hotel.
- 4:00 PM, the bus makes one scheduled return trip back to entertainment district.
Evening Final Pickup:
- 10:00 PM, the bus makes one scheduled return trip back to the hotel from entertainment district.
Overnight: Pigeon Forge (Dollywood area).
Day 4 — Full day at Dollywood
Plan: Leave hotel at 9:30am.
Activity: Full day at Dollywood.

Day 5 — Pigeon Forge → Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) Drive: ~230 miles – 4 hrs.
Plan: Leave Pigeon Forge at 7:30 AM, arrive ~11:30 AM.
Activity: Full day at Carowinds
Morning Drop-off:
- Bus takes the group from the hotel to the park for drop off
Midday Pickup Option:
- 2:00 PM, the bus makes one scheduled return trip back to the hotel.

Day 6 — Charlotte → Williamsburg, VA (Busch Gardens) Drive: Drive: ~360 miles – 6.5 hrs.
Plan: Leave Charlotte at 8 AM, arrive at Williamsburg ~2:30 PM.
Activity: Free time in Williamsburg. Optional visit to Colonial Williamsburg.
Overnight: Williamsburg.
Day 7 — Full day at Busch Gardens (Williamsburg, VA)
Plan: Depart hotel at 9:30 AM
Activity Full day at BGW.

Activity: Full day at Kings Dominion

Plan: Leave Richmond at 10 AM, arrive Hershey ~2 PM.
Activity: Free time in Hershey, optional tour of Hershey Chocolate World.
Overnight: Hershey
Day 10 — Hershey park (Hershey, PA)
Plan: Depart hotel at 9:30 AM
Activity: Full day Hershey Park

Plan: Guests flying out of Harrisburg International Airport depart (MDT) depart for the day. Guests flying out of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) leave Hershey at 5:00 AM, arrive at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) at 7:30 AM to conclude the tour!
